Hi, I’m Jaime.

I help women (and men) gain true strength, mentally, emotionally AND physically, so they can learn to finally balance health, fitness and life while getting strong, gaining confidence, and eating foods they love.

Health and fitness is confusing, but it shouldn’t be. With the Strength Method, you will build strength mentally, emotionally AND physically while having guidance and accountability the entire time.

This program will revolutionize the way you view diet and exercise so you can feel confident in your body, eat the foods you love without over-restriction, and finally learn how to properly balance fitness, health and life so you never again feel the need to try this or that diet or exercise program unless you want to.


It's time to quit focusing on the number on the scale and focus on the number on the bar, so you can be strong from the inside out. Learn what you need to maintain a strong and healthy lifestyle confidently on your own.
